Our Process for Floor Cleaning Services and Floor Restoration Services
Visual Inspection
Visual inspection to determine what areas need servicing.
Measure
Measure areas that will be serviced and provide a cost to the client.
Accept & Schedule
If the cost is accepted, we schedule a date to complete our services.
Clear the Area
We move all small equipment and movable furniture in the areas being serviced.
Preparation
In the case of Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) floors, we apply a floor stripper which loosens any remaining finish on the tile floors and prepares it for the new wax.
Clean
We use a low-speed orbital machine to agitate the finish then extract all the liquid leaving the surface clean and ready for a new floor finish to be applied.
Wax
3-4 coats of high solid wax are now applied using mops. In some cases, a floor sealer will be applied first.
Allow to Dry
After approximately 30 minutes of drying time, we return all furniture and equipment to their original location.
High-Speed Buffing
The new wax can be high-speed buffed after 1 week to attain the ultimate shine.
