Comm-Clean Inc. has been providing nightly cleaning services to the Boyden Library since September 2013. The Boyden Library is the public library of the Town of Foxborough, MA and comprises approximately 34,000SF on three floors. Comm-Clean Inc has done an excellent job in performing daily cleaning and in responding to special requests. Comm-Clean, Inc. staff is courteous and respectful, and very efficient. Comm-Clean Inc management is easy to contact and very responsive to library needs. We have also had Comm-Clean Inc. perform annual carpet cleaning and other special projects and have been very satisfied with their performance. We have been using Comm-Clean Inc. at 5 of our branch locations for the past few years and have just recently had them start cleaning our Corporate Office. Comm-Clean Inc. of Mansfield MA have been cleaning the Department of Public Works offices for the past two years. The have been courteous, punctual and have not cancelled any scheduled appointments during the employment period. They are a wonderful company to work with; they deliver what they have been contracted to do, and respond to any and all concerns quickly and efficiently. They have also worked diligently to sanitize and keep clean surfaces, handles and panic bars, all this in our pre-COVID years, because we work with a senior population.

They have been cleaning our office for over 2 years now, and we have never had any issues with them. We once had a leak in the building and they went out of their way to notify someone of the problem on the weekend, so we could get it taken care of ASAP.
