  • 1

    Pre-Proposal Questionnaire

Our process for general office cleaning begins with a pre-proposal questionnaire.

  • 2

    Detailed List of Duties

We then ask if you can provide us with a current scope of work that you may or may not already have that the current cleaning company used at your facility. This is a detailed list of duties and the intervals they are performed.

  • 3

    Detailed Walkthrough

We would now set an appointment to do a detailed walkthrough with the person who is responsible for the appearance of your facility, to review the services you've requested.

  • 4

    Proposal

We will then provide you with a proposal detailing the cost of our services.

  • 5

1-Time Startup Top to Bottom Cleaning

Prior to our 1st maintenance cleaning, we also strongly advise a 1-time startup top to bottom cleaning of your facility to get all areas to our maintainable level. This cost will also be provided in the proposal.

  • 6

    Sign & Return the Proposal

Once accepted, we ask that you sign & return the proposal/acceptance of cost.

  • 7

When signed acceptance is returned, we generate & provide you with our Contract. This will go over payment terms and provide a service start date.

  • 8

    Contract Acceptance

The contract should be reviewed, signed, and returned - the contract features a 2-month trial period. If the client is satisfied with our services after 60 days, it will automatically transition into a 1-year renewing contract offering various out clauses, if needed.

  • 9

Maintain the Cleaning of your Office According to the Contract

The final stage is to maintain the cleaning of your office according to the contract on a nightly, biweekly, or weekly basis of your chosen frequency.

Electrostatic Spraying FAQ's

The unfortunate truth is, that a lack of training, benefits, and supervision leads to cutting corners, this results in insufficiently sanitized rooms. In most circumstances, Cleaners are at best “just cleaning”, not disinfecting or sanitizing. Proper chemicals and applications are needed for these processes.

Cleaning is the removal of debris such as organic and inorganic material (often called “soil”) from objects and surfaces. Sanitizing is the reduction, not killing, of organisms on a surface. Disinfecting will “kill” the microscopic organisms on a surface.

YES-Cleaning soiled surfaces prior to disinfecting allows the disinfectant to work more effectively. If you have a layer of dust, dirt or oils, this creates a barrier between the surface and the disinfectant which prohibits the disinfectant from destroying or inactivating the microorganisms on the surface face.

There are a vast number of hard-to-reach areas that are potentially covered in pathogenic bacteria, like keyboards, phones, and desks just to name a few!  The best way to ensure all surfaces are sanitized, is through Electrostatic Spraying & using proper sanitizers. Electrostatic application of disinfectants, when done properly, can help slow the spread of contagious illness, improve health and reduce absenteeism

Electrostatic disinfection-disinfects, or kills, unwanted pathogens from every targeted surface, but won’t protect those surfaces from becoming infected again. A continuing maintenance program is highly suggested.

When people touch a surface or object contaminated with SARS-CoV-2, other infectious viruses, and then touch their own eyes, noses, or mouths, they may expose themselves to the virus.

Early information from the CDC, the National Institutes of Health, and other study partners suggests that SARS-CoV-2 can survive on certain types of surfaces, such as plastic and stainless steel, for 2-3 days. However, because the transmissibility of SARS-CoV-2 from contaminated environmental surfaces and objects is still not fully understood, employers should carefully evaluate whether or not work areas occupied by people suspected to have the virus, may have been contaminated and whether or not they need to be decontaminated in response

Cleaning and Disinfection steps to take After Persons Suspected/Confirmed, have come in contact with an infectious virus; or Have Been in the Facility
